After working many years in the automotive industry as a supervisor and on job trainer, John wanted a change of career where he could make a difference and have the satisfaction of knowing he has assisted people in reaching a personal goal.

John believes that making the student feel comfortable with both their trainer and the learning environment allows for an optimum learning experience. John has a friendly nature, a great sense of humour and a passion for making sure his students become safe and attentive drivers.

His experience in motor racing gives him the ability to train his students at a higher level in the three main key areas of driving:

1 Steering Control
2 Pedal Control
3 Visual Control

These three key areas, when trained correctly, will instill confidence and give any student the ability to take control of their driving.  Students will become experts at hazard detection, thus allowing them time to react and take control of any situation in a safe manner.  

It’s important to learn how drive safe for life, not just enough to pass your test.

John drives a 2023 Corolla ZR Hybrid.

QLD Government Driver Training Accreditation
Member of Australian Driver Trainers Association
Keys2Drive Accredited Instructor
Blue Card
